The opportunity

As the People Experience Officer, you'll play a key role increating a positive employee experience across theorganisation. Supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle,you'll provide high quality People Experience administration,workforce compliance support, employee advice, reporting, andproject coordination while contributing to People and Cultureinitiatives that foster an inclusive, engaged and highperforming workplace.

What you’ll do





- Provide end-to-end administrative support across theemployee lifecycle, including onboarding, employmentchanges and offboarding
- Respond to employee and leader enquiries, providingguidance on People Experience policies, processes andsystems
- Monitor accurate employee records and workforce compliancerequirements
- Coordinate People Experience projects, programs andinitiatives that enhance employee experience andorganisational outcomes
- Prepare workforce reports and support the continuousimprovement of HR systems, processes and servicedelivery

What you need to succeed

- Qualification in Human Resources, Business or a relateddiscipline, or equivalent experience
- Experience providing HR administration and workforcesupport across a range of employee lifecycleactivities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to managecompeting priorities and maintain accuracy
