Duties of the role

Due to the small size of the mine, this position will have a broad range of responsibilities. Reporting into the maintenance leading hand and working closely with 4 other tradespeople, you will enjoy;-

- Working in a role with a wide range of duties and responsibilities, you'll be an experienced all rounder with expertise in most areas of UG electrical maintenance - rates reflect this
- Duties: jumbo box starters,



maintenance on fans, pumps and vents, communications systems, power supply, 1000v and HV reticulation, drill services, RCT remote tele technologies, HV switching
- Surface and underground electrical work
- Working autonomously and in a team

Your value and experience

- Ideally 3+ years' recent experience working in the UG hard rock mining environment - required
- Experience working on UG mining drill services - required
- Strong diagnostic and breakdowns skills
- Ability to work well in a team and unsupervised
- Ability to FIFO from Brisbane or Maroochydore
- Strong safety values
