Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead daily operations, sales and stock within your specialist area. You’ll manage 20+ team members, work with nearby departments, and report to your Operations Manager.
Your focus will be on service quality, staff development, and maintaining the widest range and best prices. You’ll open and close the store on a 1 in 3 weekend roster, uphold safety standards and solid merchandising, and drive customer experience.
