We're looking for an experienced Web Sales Specialist to join our team and help more Australian businesses discover what a better website can do for their business.

Must be Brisbane-based.

The Role

You’ll own the sales process through to consultation, closing and onboarding.

You’ll work directly with business owners and decision-makers to understand their challenges, identify opportunities and recommend the right web solution.

This isn't transactional sales. You’ll take a consultative approach, educating clients and selling the value of a website that is built to perform - not just look good.

You’ll also work closely with our UX/UI designers, developers and digital strategists to ensure every sale is set up for success.

Must be Brisbane-based.

What You’ll Do

- Generate new business opportunities.

- Identify businesses that need a new or improved website.

- Engage with business owners and key decision-makers.

- Run discovery calls and sales consultations.

- Sell high-performance WordPress and Shopify websites.





- Develop proposals, manage follow-ups and close deals.

- Manage your pipeline and CRM.

- Hit and exceed sales targets.

- Work with our delivery team to ensure a smooth client handover.

- Stay across web, SEO, UX and digital trends.

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for someone who knows how to sell and understands that the best sales conversations start with listening.

You’ll ideally have:

- Proven B2B sales or business development experience.

- A track record of closing high-value deals.

- Experience selling web, SaaS, digital marketing, eCommerce or professional services.

- Confidence speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.

- Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.

- A consultative approach to sales.

- Excellent pipeline and CRM discipline.

- A genuine interest in websites, SEO and digital.

Experience with WordPress, Shopify, SEO, CRO or digital advertising is a bonus.
