The Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria, is seeking a Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) Intake and Triage Officer to review applications and help victims access financial assistance. You will work directly with victims and their support people to progress applications in a sensitive, trauma-informed setting.

Key duties include advising on evidence, assessing priority, and making interim decisions while coordinating referrals and payments to move cases forward.
