Weareseekingan ITSystemsSupportOfficer tojoinourTechnologyTeamandplayacriticalroleinsupportingtheday-to-daytechnologyexperienceofourpeople.TherolewillbebasedoutofourSydney/Dubbooffice.

Reportingtothe HeadofInfrastructure ,you'llberesponsibleforprovidingresponsivefirst-levelITsupport,managingtechnologyassets,supportingemployeeonboardingandoffboarding,andworking closelywithourManagedServiceProvidertoensureissuesareresolvedefficiently.

Thisroleisidealforsomeonewhoenjoysahands-onenvironment,valuesstrongcustomerservice,andwantstheopportunitytodeveloptheirtechnicalskillswhileworkingacrossabroadrangeoftechnologiesandbusinesssystems.
