About the role

As Motel Manager, you'll be the face of the Seaton Arms Motor Inn, leading reception and housekeeping to make sure every guest has a great stay from booking through to departure. You'll manage the motel's RMS system, drive sales and occupancy, and report to our General Manager - Operations on budgets and performance.

What you'll be doing

- Welcoming guests and creating a excellent first impression at check-in and check-out
- Managing bookings, room rates and availability through the motel's RMS system
- Driving revenue and occupancy against budget and annual targets
- Coordinating room servicing and leading the housekeeping team to a high standard
- Promptly resolving guest concerns and complaints
- Liaising with our marketing, finance, maintenance and HR teams to support motel operations
- Coaching,



training and rostering the reception and housekeeping teams

What you'll bring

- Experience in motel or accommodation management (preferred)
- Confidence with RMS or similar booking software
- A First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A professional, guest-first attitude and great attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and handle weekday, weekend and public holiday shifts
