HBT Australia is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support NSW operations, based primarily in Beresfield. You will partner with business leaders and manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management across the employee lifecycle.
You will collaborate with the HR and WH&S; teams, support training and succession planning, and contribute to HRIS activities such as Employment Hero, with occasional travel.
