North West Hospital and Health Service – Mount Isa in remote northwestern Queensland is seeking an experienced social worker to provide advanced services to renal care patients across North West Queensland.

You will deliver psychosocial assessments, counselling and care coordination, lead and mentor staff, and advocate to improve access to health and community services across Mount Isa and outreach towns such as Cloncurry, Doomadgee and Mornington Island.
