With a nationwide network of company-owned stores and more than 100 authorised distributors across Australia and New Zealand, we provide premium products, professional installation services, and outstanding customer support.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to take ownership of our Canberra operation and drive continued growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for a trade-qualified professional looking to step into a leadership position, or an existing manager seeking a stable, rewarding career with a respected Australian business.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Leading and developing a small, high-performing branch team

Driving sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Managing daily branch operations and workflow

Preparing quotations and job estimates

Building strong relationships with trade and retail customers

Monitoring branch performance against budgets and KPIs

Ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards

Maintaining strong operational, inventory, and administrative controls

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm

Friday: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience

A trade background such as automotive, mechanical, air conditioning, fabrication, carpentry, or similar

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

The ability to prepare quotes and manage projects efficiently

Sound problem-solving and decision-making capability

Strong communication and organisational skills

A commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement

Good computer literacy and administration skills

Highly Regarded

Experience managing a branch, workshop, service centre, or trade-based business

Sales and business development experience

Knowledge of vehicle accessories, commercial vehicles, or industrial products
