South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Community Mental Health Professional (OT/Social Worker/ RN/ Psychologist) for Bankstown Assertive Outreach Team (Pool) on a permanent full-time basis.

The role emphasises person-centred, strengths-based, recovery-focused care within a cooperative, multidisciplinary community framework, with a rotating 7-day roster to meet consumer needs and carers.
