The University of Queensland is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Director within Student Support and Wellbeing Services. This full time, fixed-term role is available through to 30 July 2027 during a staff secondment.
Based at HEW Level 5, you will coordinate priorities, manage confidential matters with discretion, and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure a positive student experience across the university community.
