Lead staff performance and development, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement while delivering high-quality care to clients and their families.
You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding and rostering, harness solid stakeholder relationships and ensure services meet CHSP/NDIS-like guidelines and quality standards.
