We are seeking an experienced channel sales professional to manage and grow the company’s master agent and channel partner network to achieve property sales targets. The role covers agent recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, performance management, commissions, compliance, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with master agents, channel agents, brokers, and sales partners.
- Recruit, assess, onboard, and support recent agents in priority markets.
- Develop channel sales plans and monitor leads, reservations, conversions, cancellations, and settlements.
- Review agent performance and implement strategies to improve results.
- Provide agents with accurate project, pricing, promotion, commission, and sales process information.
- Deliver product briefings, site tours, workshops, and agent engagement activities.
- Support commission structures, incentive campaigns, claims, and agent agreements.
- Monitor competitors, identify new market opportunities,



and collaborate with marketing on channel campaigns.
- Ensure agents comply with company policies, property regulations, approved pricing, and brand standards.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management.

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum five years of experience in real estate sales, property development, or channel sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through third-party channels.
- An established network of property agencies, brokers, or channel partners is highly regarded.

Skills and Competencies

- Strong sales leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
- High-level English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
