Police Homecare Services in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Disability Services Manager with solid NDIS expertise to lead participant supports and coordinate a small team of support workers. You will engage with participants and families, ensure services are delivered to high quality and compliant with NDIS Practice Standards.
You will supervise, mentor Support Workers, manage onboarding and planning, monitor progress, respond to feedback, and work collaboratively with families and health
