Fairfield Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (Grade 1-2) to join our Pharmacy team. You will contribute to medication management, collaborate with medical and nursing staff, and support clinical services to optimise patient outcomes.

Eligible candidates hold current Pharmacist AHPRA registration with no restrictions or are on track to obtain registration within six months. The role offers development opportunities in a supportive environment and hybrid/ wide-ranging hours to support work-life
