Marnong Estate is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Steward Manager to lead stewarding operations across our kitchen facilities. You will supervise the team, ensure service-ready crockery and cutlery, and drive cleanliness and hygiene to support daily operations and events.
You willWork closely with the Executive Chef and facilities teams to maintain safety, quality and efficiency, with a focus on developing your team and continuously improving workflows during peak periods.
