St Martins Lutheran College invites applications from experienced educational leaders for the position of Director of R–6 Village. This full-time role combines leadership with a teaching load of approximately 0.2 FTE, commencing January 2027.
The Director will partner with staff, students and families to foster wellbeing and a Christ-centred learning workplace. The successful candidate will assume a permanent teaching position, with the Director role offered as a fixed-term PAR for three years
