The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is seeking a skilled APS Level 6 qualified to support Closing the Gap commitments and Priority Reform initiatives. You will lead projects, provide strategic advice, and help build awareness across the department.

You will report to an Assistant Director, working across teams to deliver evidence-based policy guidance and robust governance material, with an emphasis on culturally appropriate engagement and continuous improvement.
