City of Gold Coast is seeking a motivated Building Compliance Officer to join our Building Compliance Team in a permanent full time capacity. You will investigate breaches, assess compliance and take enforcement actions while engaging with residents, industry professionals, developers and government agencies.

This role combines inspections, investigation, stakeholder engagement, research, reporting and regulatory enforcement to support safe development across the City.
