Surf Life Saving NSW is seeking an experienced project skilled to lead the pilot and evaluation of a refreshed entry-level Nippers program. Based at Belrose, you will work closely with clubs, state and national stakeholders to shape the delivery and participation pathways across Surf Life Saving.

You will manage plans, budgets, training coordination and evidence-based evaluation, delivering practical resources and partnerships while ensuring safeguarding and inclusion requirements are met.
