Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Permanent Part-Time | Marsden Park, Box Hill & Surrounds | $105,000–$115,000 + Super FTE, Pro Rata

About the Role

You’ll independently manage a paediatric caseload,



delivering assessments, therapy, intervention planning and reports while building strong relationships with children, families and other professionals.

The caseload is predominantly children aged 2.5–13, with a strong focus on autism, neurodivergence, developmental delay, ADHD, sensory regulation, emotional regulation and functional skills.

About You

We’re looking for:

- 3–5+ years’ paediatric OT experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Solid autism/neurodivergent experience
- Confidence managing an independent caseload
- Strong assessment and report-writing skills
- Excellent communication and organisation
- Warm, family-centred approach
- Comfortable working independently in the community
- Driver’s licence and suitable vehicle
- NDIS experience highly regarded
