About the Role

Reporting to theChief Informationand Technology Officer(CITO),the Change Managerwill provide senior change leadership for ST Vic’s Future Systems program.

This roleis responsible forshaping and delivery the change strategy that supports the transition from legacy systems to a single, integrated Salesforce platform. You will lead business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications,trainingand adoption activities to help ensure new ways of working are successfully embedded across the organisation.

Working closely with the Business Integration Lead, program leadership, projectteamsand business stakeholders, you will play a key role in building organisational ownership of change and supporting a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations. The responsibilities of theChangeManagerwill include, but are not limited to:

- Leading the change management strategy andplan for the FutureSystems program

- Overseeing impact assessment, readiness,trainingand embedding activities across each release

- Establishing and leading a network of change champions across the organisation

- Directing the design and delivery of training, jobaidsand support materials

- Leading adoption-focused communications aligned to the program roadmap

- Providingexpert advice to the Program Sponsor, senior leaders and delivery teams on readiness,sentimentand adoption risk

- Contributing to program governance as a standing member of the Future Systems Program Working Group

- Partnering closely with the Business IntegrationLeadto deliver a cohesive business experience of the program





- Building strong relationships across business and technical teams to support successful implementation

About You

You are a senior change leader with proven experience delivering organisationalchange in complex transformation environments. You are comfortable working at pace, influencing senior stakeholders and translating strategy into practical actions that support adoption and long-term change.

You will bring:

- Significant experienceleading change management within a large technology or business transformation program

- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement,communicationand business readiness

- Experience developing training, supportmaterialsand change champion networks

- The ability toidentifyand manage resistance, using readiness and sentiment data to guide decisions

- Strong influencing,collaborationand negotiation skills

- Experience contributing to governance, reporting and transition to business-as-usual

- A strategic, people-centredand outcomes-focused approach

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualification inorganisational change, business, humanresourcesor a related discipline is desirable.

- Change management certification such asProscior APMG Change Management is highly desirable

- Equivalentsenior-level experience will also be considered
