You will be responsible for managing and growing the organic search performance of a portfolio of clients. This is not a junior SEO role. You will understand SEO at a high level, confidently manage multiple client campaigns, identify opportunities, develop strategies and take ownership of improving organic performance.

Your performance will be assessed primarily on measurable client outcomes, including keyword ranking improvements, organic traffic growth, organic leads and conversions, AI search visibility, and overall growth in organic search performance.

Key responsibilities

- Developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies
- Conducting keyword research and identifying high-value search opportunities
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve brand visibility and rankings across AI-powered search platforms, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and other emerging AI search experiences
- On-page SEO optimisation across websites and landing pages
- Technical SEO audits and implementation recommendations
- Local SEO strategy and optimisation
- Google Business Profile optimisation
- Content strategy, content briefs and SEO content optimisation
- Internal linking strategy and website architecture improvements




- Link building and off-page SEO
- Competitor and SERP analysis

About you

- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Robust technical, on-page and off-page SEO knowledge
- Demonstrated experience improving organic rankings and traffic
- Strong understanding of Local SEO
- Strong Google Business Profile knowledge
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
- Experience with leading SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush and/or Screaming Frog
- Strong keyword research and competitor analysis skills
- An understanding of CRO and how SEO traffic translates into enquiries, leads and revenue
- Excellent attention to detail
