AU01 Essity Australasia Pty Ltd – Springvale VIC is seeking a Maintenance Leading Hand to support the protected, reliable operation of the site’s manufacturing assets. This predominantly hands-on role involves troubleshooting, repair and ongoing maintenance on the factory floor, with leadership, planning and system administration tasks accounting for about 20% of time.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will mentor trades personnel, coordinate daily activities and drive equipment reliability
