About the Roles

As a Chef, you will be responsible for kitchen operations and food preparation activities. The skills and talents you bring will play a critical role in maintaining high standards and maximising the culinary offering.

What Your Days Might Look Like





Deliver high-quality daily service operations

Chef duties, including menu planning, food preparation, stock ordering and staff rostering

Ensure the high quality and presentation of food provided to guests, according to property standards and timeframes of service

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment with emphasis on high food safety standards

Deliver seamless daily service from start to finish, ensuring exceptional guest food experiences

Lead and manage a team

Work a range of rotating or fixed day, night, weekday and weekend shifts as required

About You

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Chef with a strong food and beverage background

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Food safety, hygiene, and WHS compliance

Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

Strong understanding of compliance and operational procedures

A hands‑on, proactive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
