Bendigo and District Aboriginal Cooperative (BDAC) is seeking a Program Manager for Child Safety and Cultural Support in Bendigo. The role supervises two teams, ensures CYFA 2005 compliance, and leads cultural support programs for children, youth and families. Some travel, after-hours work and on-call duties are required.

The role requires a Social Work degree or Diploma in Community Services, with experience in Aboriginal community settings and demonstrated leadership in high-risk environments.
