This is a step up from Care Manager with a platform into executive leadership, combining on-the-floor clinical duties with facility operations.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and funding streams, lead clinical and admin teams, manage budgets and drive quality improvement
