The Warwick and Events Centre, part of the Oscars Group, is seeking a hands-on Venue Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting in NSW. This full-time role requires robust gaming knowledge and proven leadership to drive guest experiences and commercial outcomes.
You will coach and develop departmental leaders, manage budgets and rosters, and ensure compliance across gaming, liquor, RSA and WHS while upholding the group's standards and training opportunities.
