Take A Lead is seeking a Live-In Boarding Facility Manager for a Southern Highlands location. You will oversee daily care, enrichment, and health checks for boarding dogs, while leading a small team and communicating with clients to ensure exceptional service.

You will work hands-on with dogs outdoors in all weather, maintain records, and provide a calm, secure environment for dogs and staff. Live-in accommodation is provided with utilities and internet included.
