SYC's Specialised Residential Care (SRC) program is seeking an experienced Therapeutic Care Team Leader to guide a dedicated team in a trauma-informed home in Gilles Plains, with duties including oversight of care delivery, supervision of Therapeutic Care Workers and collaboration with stakeholders.

The role is full time and fixed-term until 8 January 2028, with occasional travel to the Kent Town head office and other SYC locations.
