Little Zak's Academy is seeking an experienced Assistant Director (2IC) & Educational Leader for our Penrith service. You will support the Director in leadership, compliance and management while mentoring educators and guiding curriculum development.

You will lead educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (V2.0) and National Quality Standard (NQS), ensuring inclusive practices and solid child wellbeing focus.
