Possibility is seeking a Practice Leader (Team Leader - Disability) to join our Northwest Operations Team in Latrobe, TAS on a fixed-term basis until July 2027. The role is full time (76 hours per fortnight) with an hourly rate at Level 3 and salary packaging benefits.
You will lead and develop a team of Support Professionals to deliver person-centred, high-quality services. The position requires relevant checks and a hands-on leadership style to align with our values and strategic goals.
