NAFFCO Australia is part of a global leader in fire safety and emergency vehicle manufacturing, delivering high-quality fire protection products and solutions across Australia. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable, organized all-rounder to join our team and support the smooth running of our office, customer service, and internal sales functions.
About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping process their orders, prepare quotes, and keep things moving behind the scenes so our external sales team can focus on the road.
A background in the fire protection or plumbing industry is a bonus but is not essential — we're happy to train the right person on our products and industry. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering internal phone calls and responding to emails in a timely,
professional manner
- Processing customer orders
- Following up outstanding orders and backorders (B/Orders)
- Assisting and supporting the external sales team
About You
- Highly organized with solid attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to learn our products and the fire industry
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Genuinely customer-focused
- Experience in the fire protection, plumbing, or a related trade industry is desirable but not essential
