Monks is seeking an IT Office Support Specialist to join our Sydney team. You will be the in office technical contact, delivering first-line support for Mac and Windows devices, printers, and room tech, ensuring smooth operations of our workspace and events.
You will manage asset inventory, lifecycle, and ISO documentation, assist with deployments and onboarding, and collaborate with the Global IT team to provide friendly, face-to-face service to colleagues across the AU office.
