About Us

Ace Landscapes is a well-established, family-run business serving the Northern Beaches for over 30 years. We supply landscaping materials to both trade and retail customers, and our office team plays a critical role in keeping orders flowing and deliveries running smoothly.

About the Role

This is not a typical admin role. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and a key part of our daily operations—taking orders, helping customers in person, and supporting the coordination of deliveries with our drivers.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls and take customer orders accurately
- Serve customers at the front counter
- Process orders and assist with scheduling deliveries
- Support the coordination of drivers to keep delivery runs efficient
- Assist customers with product selection, quantities, and delivery timing
- Help manage order flow and adjust schedules as needed
- General admin tasks (data entry,



account updates, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

- Robust communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Quick thinking and ability to prioritise in a busy environment
- Good with numbers (understanding quantities, weights, truck loads)
- Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude
- Previous experience in landscaping, building supplies, logistics, or similar is highly regarded
- Experience in a fast-paced phone-based role (e.g. trades, logistics, retail, or hospitality) will be highly regarded.

Work Requirements

- Availability for at least 3 days per week
- Must be available for Saturday shifts (at least twice per month)
- Hours between 6:30am – 5:00pm (varied shifts)
