Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking a Pastoral Practitioner to provide person-centred spiritual and pastoral care across Georges River and St George aged care communities. You’ll support residents, families and staff with compassion, inclusivity and respect, respecting diverse beliefs while offering Christian spiritual care where appropriate.

You’ll work across multiple facilities, build meaningful relationships and contribute to care planning and documentation, while upholding skilled boundaries
