Cotton On Group is seeking a Retail Risk Partner in Geelong to lead investigations of theft, fraud and loss across Retail and Distribution centers. You’ll use data from dashboards to spotlight risks, support Area Managers and store teams, and ensure CCTV, tagging and alarm systems are properly maintained.
The role requires a focus on process improvement, collaboration with stakeholders, and a proactive approach to shrink management within a fast-paced retail workplace.
