Drive community engagement through a partnerships program, working with sporting clubs, organisations and community groups across NSW and ACT.

About the role:

- Manage and deliver strategic partnership agreements with key NSW and ACT sporting bodies, community organisations and local events, ensuring deliverables, timelines and outcomes are achieved
- Build and maintain robust stakeholder relationships across sporting clubs, leagues, community organisations, government, scheme partners and state/national bodies to drive participation
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that align with organisational goals, budgets and target audiences, increasing scheme participation and container collection




- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to maximise partnership reach and impact, while ensuring brand consistency and reputation are maintained
- Develop community resources and support programs, coordinate events and partner activities, manage enquiries through CRM, and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement

About you:

- Experience managing sponsorship and community engagement programs, with a proven ability to identify opportunities for growth and increased impact
- Strong networks and stakeholder engagement experience, with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse organisations
- High attention to detail and experience managing contracts, deliverables and external partnerships
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
