KPay Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support the Australian sales team with high-volume recruitment. You’ll partner with hiring managers to source, screen and coordinate candidates, owning multiple vacancies in a rapid-paced fintech environment.

Key focus areas include building pipelines through LinkedIn, SEEK and referrals, conducting phone and video screens, coordinating interviews and offers, and maintaining accurate ATS records to drive KPIs.
