East Gippsland Shire Council is seeking a friendly Customer Service Officer for the Omeo Service Centre. You will be the first point of contact in person, by phone and online, providing accurate information and guiding customers to council and community services.

The role involves processing payments, handling enquiries, and supporting library, visitor information and Centrelink Agency services to keep the service centre welcoming and well-presented. This casual position is based in office in Omeo.
