Drug ARM is seeking a Case Worker to deliver psychoeducation group facilitation for individuals in custody or under community supervision at Maryborough correctional facility. The role focuses on short to high-intensity groups, with engagement, consent and outcome planning integral to every session.

You will apply harm-minimisation principles and Motivational Interviewing techniques, conducting pre- and post-testing to measure knowledge gains and participant progression.
