What You’ll Do:

Based at our Townsville branch, you’ll support our Divisional Insurance Manager with customer service, renewals, administration and day-to-day coordination across our rural client network.

- Support customers and branch teams with insurance enquiries, renewals and day-to-day service needs.
- Keep customer records, data entry and internal systems accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate renewal activity with the team to help retain and grow client relationships.
- Assist with prospecting, referrals and new business opportunities across the local network.
- Liaise with insurance providers and support customers through insurance and claims processes.
- Prepare reports and complete administration tasks while meeting compliance and policy requirements.

What You’ll Bring:





- Previous experience in an office-based administration, customer service or support role. Exposure to insurance is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to keep systems, records and processes up to date.
- Confidence communicating with customers, branch teams and external providers.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to manage priorities and follow through on tasks.
