Justice Health NSW is seeking an Aboriginal Health Practitioner, Primary Care, to join our multidisciplinary health centre team in Broken Hill, NSW. You will provide adaptable, holistic, and culturally sensitive health care to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people and apply key strategies for face-to-face patient care.

You will focus on prevention and management of chronic disease and work with nursing staff, Corrective Services NSW, and Aboriginal Community Controlled Health
