The Porepunkah Pub is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to join as Second-in-Charge (2IC). This senior, hands-on role works with the Venue Manager to run day-to-day operations and build a high-performing team.
You will be confident leading a team, making decisions during busy service, and be hands-on across all areas when required. You will support staff supervision, training and development, maintain service standards, and help implement opening/closing procedures.
