Queensland Department of Education in Cairns, QLD, seeks a Transition Pathways Officer to support students at risk of leaving school before Year 12. This temporary part time role (0.60FTE) works across a cluster of state high schools delivering case management and transition planning.

The role develops partnerships with schools, families, employers, community agencies and training providers, coordinating work-readiness and employment opportunities, and reporting on progress.
