You will work on market-leading restructuring and workout transactions with top practitioners, handling both corporate and financing matters for major corporations and funds.
You will contribute to a broad range of matters, including cross-border deals, deeds of arrangement, and schemes while advising clients across private equity, family offices and lenders.
