The role reports to the CPCO and sits within the People & Culture leadership group, guiding DEI across campuses including The Alfred and Peninsula University Hospital.

The successful candidate will bring deep DEI expertise, senior leadership experience, and cooperative leadership in a large, matrix-enabled health system.
