Supply Chain Operations & Planning Manager

The Supply Chain Operations and Planning Manager owns supply chain operations and planning across Flynn Group. The role is accountable for product availability, supply continuity, distribution centre and third-party logistics performance, operational planning, reporting, data governance and the coordinated delivery of supply chain priorities across Australia and New Zealand.

Working closely with Procurement and Category Management, Quality, Product Development, Equipment, Operations, Finance and brand teams, the position converts business requirements into practical supply plans, resolves operational risks and ensures changes are executed accurately across suppliers, distribution partners, systems and restaurants.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead supply chain operations and planning across Australia and New Zealand.
- Manage relationships with distribution centres, logistics providers, suppliers, and key service partners.
- Monitor inventory, service levels, product availability, and supply risks to ensure restaurant continuity.
- Drive supply chain reporting, forecasting, planning tools, and operational data accuracy.
- Oversee product launches, transitions, promotions, imports, and distribution-related activities.
- Lead and develop the Supply Chain Operations Executive, creating clear priorities and accountability.
- Act as the senior escalation point for supply chain, supplier, distribution, and restaurant operational issues.
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, efficiency, visibility, and cost control.
- Partner closely with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product Development, and franchise stakeholders.

About You

- Proven experience in supply chain operations, logistics, planning, or distribution management.




- Strong experience managing third-party logistics providers, distribution partners, or complex supplier networks.
- Highly analytical with advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and supply continuity.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop and coordinate teams.
- Experience within QSR, retail, FMCG, foodservice, or other fast-paced multi-site environments will be highly regarded.
- A hands-on, team-focused mindset with the ability to step in, solve problems and support broader business priorities when required.
