Mercy Connect is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to help participants build independence, wellbeing and meaningful community participation.
You will provide person-centred support with daily living activities, assist with personal care and medication where required, and help participants achieve their goals.
Robust communication, adaptability and teamwork are essential; a current First Aid/CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check and a valid driver licence are preferred.
